We believe young people amped with industry-ready skills, capability and empathy understand the ‘what’, ‘why’, ‘how’ and ‘when’ they will make their difference.
EDII creates engaged learning programs that grow entrepreneurial mindset, expand real-life project experience and deepen young people’s 21st-century skills and capability.
Our school holiday and school incursion programs have grown in popularity since we kicked off in 2016 and we feel truly honored to have walked alongside some amazing young people as they have pursued their ideas into action!
We love design thinking and our work with clients has grown the skills and expertise of employees and their organizations. We’ve created strategy, advocacy, online and offline campaigns, taken human centred products to market and helped create valuable partnerships.
If you share our passion to develop skills and capability in young people, let’s chat!

We love design thinking, your students will too when they try our school incursion programs. Our one-day Design thinking for social change incursion builds young change makers who learn the processes of design thinking, are empowered to take a social issue they are passionate about forward from ideas to action and test their prototypes in the real world. Our Design challenges see students engage with real-world stakeholders to deeply understand a problem, learn design thinking practices and apply them to prototype an issue in school or the community.
So far we've helped our clients build skills and expertise, create strategies and campaigns, stretch ideas, connect + create partnerships and generally helped build innovative solutions that benefit young people. We've simplified our service offering lately but we love working with clients who want to build places and spaces where young people thrive - if you are looking to connect on a specific project or collaboration, please still connect with us.
