Since kicking off in 2016 we have grown our engaged learning programs for young people and also worked with clients on a range of change and improvement initiatives.

The heart of our work is the passionate pursuit to create spaces + places that provide engaged learning, real life project opportunities + entrepreneurial skills in young people.

It has been seriously awesome seeing our own programs growing in popularity and we have been honored to walk alongside some amazing young people as they pursue their ideas and passions!

Through a human-centered design methodology, our work also helps clients take ideas to action. We have built skills +expertise of employees and their organizations, created strategy + advocacy, implemented online + offline campaigns and created some great collaborative partnerships.

We are committed to building environments + culture where young people can develop their passions, pursue their ideas and develop the skills needed to face their future confident that they can + will make a difference.
